Cancellation Policy
2.1 Service Subscriptions and Retainers
Cancellation by the Customer:
If you wish to cancel a subscription or ongoing service, you must notify us at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to support@maisontech.com.
Services already rendered prior to cancellation will be billed, and refunds will not be provided for work completed.
Cancellation by Maison Technology:
We reserve the right to cancel services due to non-compliance with our terms, failure to make payments, or misuse of our services.
In such cases, no refunds will be provided for services already rendered.
2.2 One-Time Services (e.g., Web Design, Branding, etc.)
Customers may request cancellations within 24 hours of placing an order, provided the project has not commenced.
Once work has started, cancellations are no longer permitted, and payments made are non-refundable.
2.3 Event Tickets or Bookings
Cancellations for event bookings (e.g., 31st Night Party tickets) must be requested at least 7 days prior to the event date to qualify for a refund.
After this window, refunds will not be processed.
Refund Policy
3.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are issued only under the following circumstances:
Technical Issues: If a service could not be delivered due to technical errors on our part.
Failure to Deliver: If Maison Technology fails to deliver the agreed-upon deliverables within the specified timeframe, and delays are not caused by the customer.
Duplicate Transactions: If duplicate payments are made due to a technical glitch or customer error, we will refund the duplicate amount.
3.2 Non-Refundable Services
Payments for custom development services, graphic design, or any product delivered as per the agreed-upon scope are non-refundable.
Fees paid for consultation, planning, or research are also non-refundable.
3.3 Refund Request Process

Order ID or Invoice Number
Reason for Refund Request
Supporting documents (if applicable)
Refunds will be processed only after thorough review and approval by our team.
3.4 Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
Payment Gateway and Transaction Fees
Maison Technology utilizes secure third-party payment gateways to process transactions.
Refunds may be subject to transaction fees, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
5. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback request with your bank or payment provider, Maison Technology reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and any ongoing services.
